Business Coach
There are over 200 websites offering business coaching certification, but is it really worth spending the hundreds to thousands of dollars asked by these schools to become a business coach?
If you asked this question two or three years ago you?d get a resounding no from a crowd of successful coaches. Some of the most successful coaches have never taken a business coaching certification program. Yet they still make hundreds of thousands of dollars each year, because most of their clients do not ask for credentials.
What about today, can you set up a successful coaching program without certification?
Yes. However unlike years ago when the subject of credentials was very rarely brought up, today more prospects are researching and becoming consumer savvy.
Still, consumers still don?t ask as often as perhaps they should. Because in all honesty, when a client is willing to spend the hundreds or thousands of dollars asked by coaches they?re more concerned about success rate then they are credentials.
Business coaching certification teaches you tools and techniques to help you become a coach. What they can?t guarantee is success. You may have the knowledge, but you may not be able to draw in clients and it?s not certain that you have innate skills to be an effective coach.
Consumers who are really interested in being coached are looking for more than credentials. They want someone with extensive business experience and a proven track record.
They want someone who meshes well with their learning style and personality. This is a working relationship after all and clients want to work cooperatively with their coach.
Having business coaching certification is good. You definitely have proof that you?ve been trained to help people and it is appeasing for the weary client to know that you are educated in the manner of providing effective business advice. It is less stressing to answer the question, ?can I see your credentials?? when you actually have credentials.
However, don?t be fooled into thinking your business will take off simply because you can prove your credentials. So far there has been little direct correlation between having a business coaching certification and being a successful business coach.
Many coaches today are void of certification and yet they have more clients than those that do. One could say that those with a business coach certification rely too heavily on it.
They assume consumers will be impressed by the fact they took some classes and will sign up for their service. Thus, they may not network or market their business enough.
Investing in an education is ultimately a good idea. You will at least have credentials that prove you are a business coach. However, as we know with any educational investment what you get in return is not always monetary. It is helpful to have business coaching certification but it won’t be the driving factor behind your success.

Business Coaching Results: Make More Money

Did you ever want to hire a business coach but weren’t sure as to what kind of business coaching results provide? To help you learn about some of the benefits involved in hiring a business coach, take a look at the 5 following results some people have experienced due to business coaching.
You may need a quick understanding of what business coaching results are before we jump into the benefits.
What is business coaching?
Simply put, a business coach is someone who is dedicated to helping you increase productivity and profits for your organization and business operation. How this is done and the results business coaching provides vary but here are a few.
1. Start up confidence. Beginning a new operation or taking over one can be risky and often scary business. Business coaching has helped individuals understand how their individual strengths can be used to achieve success as well as about business in general. If you feel overwhelmed by the startup process a business coach can help simplify things by helping you create an easy to follow plan and keeping you encouraged.
2. Inspiring new ideas. Business owners can often get stuck. they may feel uninspired or they may not make use of the available resources. Being newly inspired and motivated is one of the main results business coaching clients see. Because a business coach is essentially giving you an outsider’s perspective of how your business is running, they are able to offer new ideas and ways of doing things. Clients see their business from a new perspective and this often helps them to see where they can improve and increase their efforts.
3. Recharged passion. The day to day grind can make motivation and passion fade. Some business owners feel enslaved by their business and may even dread going to work. Others are bored and feel stuck. Business coaches can help people become unstuck and regain passion and enthusiasm about their business. They work with you to see why you started the business in the first pace, how to relieve some of the pressures you may feel to succeed, and in some cases, whether or not personal conflicts are affecting your business.
4. Better solutions. It’s easy to settle into a routine and do the same thing we’ve been doing for years without looking for alternatives. Business owners do this all the time. They may do things that, while they work, are outdated, costly, or decrease productivity.
When surveyed many clients stated that finding better solutions was a major benefit from business coaching. Having the outside perspective of someone who is a font of business knowledge means your business can be greatly improved. You may learn where you can cut spending, how to better allocate your employee’s skills, how to better attract your target market or even where to find them in the first place.
5. Strong relationships. Sometimes we just need someone to listen. A business owner may have an idea but is unsure if it’s the right time. They could be feeling stressed and need someone to simply listen. Business coaches aren’t just there for advice they are also there to listen to your business goals and concerns. Just having someone listen and to be able to bounce ideas off can make a lot of difference. Thus, one of my favorite results is the relationship that can be formed with your coach. In essence what you find is a friend whose business it is to help you succeed.
As your business coaching results improve, your self confidence grows, your communication skills, your business awareness and so much more. If you were hesitant to use this type of service rest assure that thousands of people have received great benefits and you will too.
